It is a SEBI-registered investment banking company offering services across Investment Banking, Institutional Broking, Retail Broking, and Wealth Management. This recruitment is for the Retail Broking - Product team, where you will lead the development and enhancement of the Digital Retail Broking Platform and drive digital sales initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of the Digital eKYC Onboarding Platform
  • Manage integrations with backoffice systems and multiple vendor services within the eKYC onboarding platform
  • Handle UI/UX management of the onboarding platform, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing interface
  • Own and manage the complete end-to-end eKYC onboarding process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing while maintaining high-quality service delivery
  • Ensure all project milestones and deliveries are achieved within defined timelines
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales teams as a key stakeholder
  • Drive online sales for new customer acquisitions via the Contact Center and work towards annual sales targets

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification

Graduate/Post Graduate from recognized Universities

Preferred Qualification

Experience in eKYC, Re-KYC, Digital Sales, Online Broking, and Capital Market products like MTF, TPP
