Stree Nidhi Assistant Manager Recruitment 2026 - 123 Posts

Stree Nidhi Credit Cooperative Federation Ltd (SNCCFL), an apex credit society under the Department of Rural Development, Government of Telangana, has released Notification No. 03/Recruitment/Admin/SN/2026-27 for 123 Assistant Manager posts. The recruitment process is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). 10% of the posts in each district (12 positions) are reserved for Self-Help Group (SHG) members. The job is purely field work — you will be required to tour your allotted area for at least 20 days every month.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 65% marks (OC), 60% (BC), or 55% (SC/ST/PwBD). Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory.
• Domicile: You must be a native of Telangana state. You can apply only for the post in your native district.
• Language: You must be able to speak, read, and write in Telugu and English.
• Vehicle: You must own a two-wheeler (or acquire one within 3 months of joining) and have a valid driving licence.
• Caution Deposit: Selected candidates must deposit Rs. 35,000 with Stree Nidhi for two years at the time of joining.

Age Limit

• You should be between 25 and 30 years old as on the date of release of the notification (09 May 2026).
• Age Relaxation: 3 years for BCs, 5 years for SC/ST/PwBD.
• Reservation for Persons with Disabilities is limited to OH category only because of the heavy field work involved.

Salary

• Gross Salary: Rs. 21,600 per month
• Fixed Travel Allowance (FTA): Rs. 3,500 to Rs. 4,000 (based on number of MSs/TLFs allotted)
• Additional Allowance (based on VO/SLF visits): Rs. 2,500
• Variable Pay: Rs. 2,160 (performance-based)
• Vehicle Maintenance Allowance: Rs. 700
• Daily Allowance: Rs. 3,500 (approx) depending on tour days
• Total emoluments: Rs. 33,960 per month (approximate) including Basic, HRA, CCA, Special Allowance and PF

Application Fee

• SC / ST / PwBD: Rs. 770 (inclusive of GST)
• All other categories: Rs. 885 (inclusive of GST)
• Payment mode: Online only. Bank transaction charges are extra.

Selection Process

Selection is based on an online examination conducted by IBPS:

1. Online Written Exam: 100 objective questions for 100 marks in 90 minutes. Subjects: Quantitative Aptitude (25 questions/25 marks), Reasoning (25/25), English Language (25/25), General Awareness including banking (25/25). Tests are in English only.
2. Negative Marking: 0.25 marks (1/4th) deducted for each wrong answer. Unanswered questions carry no penalty.
3. Cutoffs: You must qualify in each test individually and in total. Cutoffs are applied at both stages.
4. Final Selection: Based on district-wise and category-wise merit in the online exam, followed by document verification at the time of joining.

The exam will tentatively be held in June/July 2026 at centres including Adilabad, Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Khammam, Kothagudem, Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda, Nizamabad, Peddapalli and Warangal.

5. Upload your photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm), signature, left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration.
6. Pay the application fee online.
7. Submit the application and take a printout for your records.
