Who Can Apply?
- Qualification: You need graduation in any discipline plus a post-graduate degree/diploma with Finance specialization, or an equivalent finance qualification.
- Professional qualification option: You can also apply with CA, CMA, CS, or CFA where it matches the post requirement.
- Manager - Credit Analyst: Minimum 3 years work experience in credit under a public, private, foreign bank, or NBFC in India.
- Senior Manager - Credit Analyst: Minimum 6 years in credit under public/private/foreign banks or financial institutions in India.
- Chief Manager - Credit Analyst: Minimum 8 years, including at least 5 years in credit appraisal or processing in large/mid corporate credit.
- C & IC Relationship posts: Minimum 6 to 8 years experience with exposure to MSME, mid, or large corporate credit.
- Credit history: You need a minimum CIBIL score of 680 at joining.
Age Limit
- Overall age range is 25 to 42 years as on 1 June 2026, depending on the post.
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation wherever applicable.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation wherever applicable.
- PwD: 10 years for Gen/EWS, 13 years for OBC, and 15 years for SC/ST.

Salary
- MMG/S-II scale: Rs. 64,820 to Rs. 93,960 basic pay range.
- MMG/S-III scale: Rs. 85,920 to Rs. 1,05,280 basic pay range.
- SMG/S-IV scale: Rs. 1,02,300 to Rs. 1,20,940 basic pay range.

- Selected officers will be on 12 months probation.
- Selected officers must execute a service bond; current bond terms mention service for 3 years or compensation of Rs. 5 lakh.

- Coordinate with relationship managers for corporate borrower accounts
- Support new corporate borrower sourcing and ancillary business cross-selling
- Monitor corporate accounts, early warning signals, and compliance requirements
- Prepare credit analysis using financial statements, CMA data, and risk assessment
- Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients and source new business
- Create account plans and opportunity income analysis for corporate borrowers
