Who Can Apply?

For VP posts

  • Qualification: Graduation in any discipline plus MBA/PGDM of at least 1 year, or Chartered Accountant.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years, with at least 8 years in corporate credit sales or relationship management.

For DVP posts

  • Qualification: Graduation plus 2-year MBA/PGDM in Finance or finance-specialized PG degree/diploma as per the post.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years, including relevant exposure in market intelligence, transaction banking, trade finance, CMS, or corporate banking.

For AVP posts

  • Qualification: Graduation with post-graduate diploma/degree or CA/CMA/CFA, depending on the post.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years with relevant corporate banking, credit, product, or transaction banking exposure.
  • Credit history: You need a minimum CIBIL score of 680 at joining.

Age Limit

  • Overall post-wise age range is 28 to 52 years as on 1 June 2026.
  • SC/ST: 5 years relaxation wherever applicable.
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation wherever applicable.
  • PwD: 10 years for Gen/EWS, 13 years for OBC, and 15 years for SC/ST.

Salary
