Cyber Security Expert (DM02)

- Approved branches: Computer Science, IT, Computer Science & Engg, Computer Science Engg
Procurement Manager (DM03)
- BE/B.Tech in any discipline from a recognized university with 60% marks
QA Manager (DM04)
- BE/B.Tech in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% marks
OHSE Manager (DM05)
- BE/B.Tech in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% marks
Important: All degrees must be from a university recognized by UGC. SC/ST/OBC candidates for posts 1 & 2 are treated on par with UR criteria. Only Indian nationals can apply. Academic/teaching/research experience will NOT count as relevant industrial experience.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 40 years (as on 01 March 2026)

Salary
- Pay Scale: Rs. 60,000-3%-1,80,000 (IDA pattern)
- Basic Pay at joining: Rs. 60,000 per month
- Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), 35% of Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP)
- Other benefits: Group Insurance, Medical facilities, Provident Fund as per company rules
- Contract duration: Initial 5 years, may be extended based on project needs and performance

Selection Process

- Interview — Only candidates who qualify the written test will be called in the ratio of 1:7 in order of merit in each category. Outstation candidates get AC Chair Car / III Tier AC train fare reimbursement for interview only

Responsibilities
- Handle project coordination, hardware sizing, solution proposals, and build process monitoring for the CMRL metro rail project
- Manage stakeholder interfacing, contractor coordination, and preparation of interface agreements and documentation
- Oversee cyber security systems, discover network vulnerabilities, and maintain information security standards
- Manage procurement and planning activities including vendor interaction and purchase order processing
- Monitor quality assurance activities under QA guidelines, verify work schedules, and prepare quality documentation
- Coordinate safety activities, set up safety plans, validate safety analysis, and manage hazard logs for project subsystems
- Prepare and manage design specifications, contracts, installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom systems for metro/LRT/railway
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to team members while reporting project progress to stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
BE/B.Tech in relevant discipline from a recognized university with 50-60% marks
Preferred Qualification
PMP, CCISO, CISSP, CSQP, CSSGB, CMQ, ISO 9001 auditor or equivalent certifications. Experience in modern urban metro rail systems preferred.
Required Skills
