Army Public School Kamptee, under the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES), has released a Local Screening Board (LSB) notification for the academic session 2026-2027. A total of 73 vacancies are available across Teaching Staff (Balvatika, PRT, TGT, PGT), Non-Teaching Staff (ATL Supervisor, IT Supervisor, Librarian, Lab Attendant), and Admin Staff categories. Computer literacy is mandatory for all posts, and proficiency in both English and Hindi medium teaching is required. This is an Adhoc/Term appointment — not a permanent position.

Who Can Apply?

Balvatika Teachers (Pre-Primary)

  • Graduate with 50% marks from a recognised institution/university
  • For fresh teachers: Diploma (minimum 2 years) in Nursery Teacher Education / Pre-School Education / Early Childhood Education (D.EC.Ed.) or B.Ed. (Nursery) from any NCTE recognised institution
  • For in-service teachers: NTT and ECCE qualification from IGNOU / NIOS / any NCTE recognised institution

PRT (Primary Teacher, Classes I-V)

  • Graduate with at least 50% marks in aggregate
  • B.El.Ed. or 2-year D.El.Ed. from NCTE recognised institution
  • Pass in CTET / TET conducted by CBSE / State Governments
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi medium teaching
  • Knowledge of Computer Application

TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher, Classes VI-X)

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject
  • B.Ed. from NCTE recognised institution with minimum 50% marks
  • Pass in CTET / TET conducted by CBSE / State Governments
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi medium teaching
  • Knowledge of Computer Application

PGT (Post Graduate Teacher, Classes IX-XII)

  • Post-Graduation with minimum 50% marks in the relevant subject
  • OR two-year integrated PG course (MA/M.Sc.) from Regional College of Education (NCERT) with at least 50% marks
  • OR three-year integrated B.Ed./M.Ed. with Post-Graduation (50% marks)
  • For PGT Computer Science / Informatics Practices and Physical Education: specific qualifications apply — see notification

Non-Teaching Staff

  • ATL Supervisor: Degree in Computer Application + knowledge of Hardware, Peripheral & Networking (CCNA/MCSA preferred)
  • IT Supervisor: Advance Diploma / Diploma in Computing & Hardware; knowledge in Networking, OS, RDBMS & programming
  • Librarian: B.Lib.Science or Graduate with Diploma in Library Science + computer literate + minimum 3 years experience
  • Lab Attendant: 10+2 with Science and computer literate
  • Special Educator (PRT level): Graduate with B.Ed. Special Education or B.Ed. General + 1-year Diploma in Special Education; valid CRR Number; CTET preferred
  • Counselling & Wellness Teacher (PRT level): Master's / Bachelor's in Psychology or Social Work (Mental Health/Counselling); minimum 3 years experience as counsellor

Admin Staff

  • Medical Assistant: 10+2 with Diploma in Nursing; minimum 5 years experience
  • Adm Supervisor: Preferably retired JCO / Honorary rank with administration experience; computer knowledge required
  • Head Clerk: Preferably Ex-Serviceman (clerk category) up to age 55; Graduate (for civilian); 5-10 years experience in office management
  • LDC & Clerk: Graduate or 10 years service as clerk (Ex-Serviceman); computer literate (MS Office, 12000 key depressions/hour)
  • Yoga Teacher: Diploma/Degree in Yoga from a recognised institution, or Yoga Visharad / Yoga Teacher Training Course (min 1 year)
  • Peon: 10th Pass; computer literate preferred
  • Computer Lab Technician: Minimum 10+2 with 1-year Diploma in Computer Science; knowledge of Hardware, Peripheral and Networking

Age Limit

  • Age as on 01 April 2026
  • Fresh candidates: Below 40 years
  • Experienced candidates: Up to 55 years (with minimum 5 years experience in last 10 years)
