APS Bareilly Administrative Staff Recruitment 2026: Overview

Army Public School (APS) Bareilly wants to fill three office posts: Head Clerk, Account Clerk and Lower Division Clerk (LDC). Service Conditions and Caveats

• Term basis: All three posts are on term basis and the vacancies are tentative, so the final number filled may change.
• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates are called for the tests and interview, and the whole process follows AWES policies.
• Ex-servicemen route: For Account Clerk, fifteen years as a clerk can stand in for a B.Com degree; for LDC, ten years of clerical service in the Defence Services can stand in for graduation.
• Clean record: A Head Clerk applicant must not have any disciplinary case against them, in service or otherwise.
• Policy check: Your age and experience are checked against the applicable AWES recruitment policy before any offer.
