Selection Process

There is no written exam for this post.

1. Screening of Applications: The concerned Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) checks each application against the eligibility criteria and the reservation roster for that Anganwadi Centre.
2. Merit List: Eligible candidates are ranked based on the qualification and reservation rules notified for each centre.
3. Document Verification: Original certificates of shortlisted candidates are verified by the CDPO before final appointment.
