Educational Qualification

• Experience timing: Experience should be gained after completing the minimum essential qualification.
• Regular government service: Persons already in regular time-scale service under any Government department or organisation are not eligible for this project post.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Project work: Experience in projects or programmes at State level will help your application.
• Coordination: Ability to liaise with different State and National level organisations is desirable.
• Language skills: Fluency in the local language, Hindi, and multiple dialects is preferred because the job involves community field work.
• Survey work: Experience in health-related field data collection and qualitative research is preferred.
• Work style: You should be comfortable with field visits, community interviews, data entry, reporting, and maintaining data integrity.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 40 years.
• Age cut-off date: The age limit will be checked as on the date of the hybrid interview, 10 May 2026.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 45,000 per month.
• Local travel: Local travel cost is excluded from the salary and will be borne separately as mentioned in the notice.
• Benefits: PF, pension, LTC, medical claim and similar regular service benefits are not available for this contract post.
• Contract condition: The appointment can be ended based on performance. If you resign, the notice says you must give one month's notice or pay one month's salary amount.

Selection Process

The selection process is focused on checking your project fit, documents, and interview performance for the NMHS-2 Field Data Collector role.

2. Hybrid Interview: The tentative interview date is 10 May 2026. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

4. Final Decision: The Selection Committee decision will be final, and canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
