Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU) has announced a walk-in interview for 1 Teaching Associate post in the Department of Entomology at S.V. Agricultural College, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. This is a contractual position for a period of 11 months. There is no written exam — selection is based on a walk-in interview only.

Salary

• Rs. 61,000 per month for candidates with a Master's degree

Who Can Apply — Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

• PhD in Entomology, OR
• Master's degree in Entomology with first division, plus:
  • At least 3 years of teaching or research experience, AND
  • At least 1 publication in a SCI/NAAS-listed journal with Impact Factor of 4.0 or above
• Candidates with PG in Basic Sciences (3-year BSc + 2-year MSc pattern) must also have cleared NET

Age Limit (as on 09 March 2026):

• Men: Maximum 40 years
• Women: Maximum 45 years

Selection Process

Selection will be done through a walk-in interview followed by document verification. There is no written exam. Shortlisted candidates will also need to pass a medical exam before joining (at their own expense).
