AIIMS Jodhpur Project Technical Support-II Recruitment 2026 - 2 Posts

All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur (AIIMS Jodhpur) has released a recruitment notification for 2 Project Technical Support-II posts on a purely temporary basis. These positions are for the ICMR-funded Extramural Research Project titled "Maternity Protection for Working Women of Urban Rajasthan: A Mixed Methods Explorative Study" under the Department of Community Medicine and Family Medicine. Women candidates are preferred for this role. The project is led by Dr. Prasanna Thirunavukkarasu, Additional Professor at AIIMS Jodhpur.

Who Can Apply?

Option 1: Diploma Holders

• Qualification: 12th in Science + Diploma in a relevant subject/field
• Experience: 5 years of experience in the relevant subject/field

Option 2: Graduates

• Qualification: Three-year Graduate degree in a relevant subject/field
• Experience: 2 years of experience in the relevant subject/field

• Any relevant health-related discipline

Desirable Qualifications

• MPH (Master of Public Health) is desirable
• Women candidates will be given preference
• Experience working in Research Projects and Data Analysis
• Experience or training in Qualitative Research / Mixed Methods Research, especially conducting IDIs, KIIs, and FGDs
• Experience in handling Online Data Capture Software
• Experience in Maternal and Child Health / Field work
• Ability to speak local languages of Rajasthan

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 30 years as on 15 April 2026
• Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years may be given to deserving candidates with experience in a Government Research Organisation on ICMR projects, on a case-by-case basis, as per ICMR Rules
• Age, education qualification, and experience will be considered till 23 March 2026

Salary

• Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 20,000 per month + 20% HRA
• Total salary comes to approximately Rs. 24,000 per month
• This is a consolidated sum with no other benefits, as prescribed by ICMR

• Assist the Principal Investigator in day-to-day research activities in the field
• Coordinate and arrange extensive field travel across Rajasthan for data collection
• Collect primary data using both quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, in-depth interviews (IDIs), key informant interviews (KIIs), and focus group discussions (FGDs)
• Handle online data capture software and manage research data (quantitative and qualitative)
• Follow ethical guidelines and ensure informed consent processes are properly carried out
• Assist in preparing research reports, manuscripts, and project-related records
• Maintain all project documentation and communications
