Who Can Apply?
For Project Technical Support-III (Psychologist/Social Worker)
- Option 1: Three-year undergraduate degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work from a recognised university plus 3 years of work experience after graduation.
- Option 2: Post Graduate degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work.
For Project Technical Support-I (Psychologist/Social Worker)
- Qualification: Three-year undergraduate degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work from a recognised university plus 1 year of work experience after graduation.
For Project Nurse-I
- Option 1: Two-year Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) course from a recognised institute.
- Option 2: Graduate degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing or equivalent).
Age Limit
- Age limit is as per ICMR norms.
- As per ICMR guidelines, the upper age limit for Technical Support posts (Psychologist/Social Worker) is typically 30 years for fresh recruits.
- For Nursing posts, the upper age limit is typically 28 years for fresh recruits.
- Age relaxation: Available for SC/ST/OBC candidates, retrenched government employees, departmental candidates, and ex-servicemen as per Central Government rules.
Salary
- Project Technical Support-III: Rs. 28,000 per month plus 30% HRA
- Project Technical Support-I: Rs. 18,000 per month plus 30% HRA
- Project Nurse-I: Rs. 18,000 per month plus 30% HRA
- This is a consolidated salary under an ICMR-funded project. Annual increment of 10% may be given after completion of one year of service as per ICMR norms.

Responsibilities
- Assist in research activities under the ICMR-funded cancer survivorship project at DR-BRA-IRCH, AIIMS
- Conduct psychological assessments and counselling sessions for cancer survivors and their families
- Prepare and maintain research data, case records, and project documentation
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate with the medical team on treatment plans
- Handle patient screening, data collection, and follow-up as per the research protocol
- Provide nursing care and support to cancer patients enrolled in the research project
- Assist the Principal Investigator in preparing research reports and project deliverables
