AIIMS Bibinagar Guest Faculty Recruitment 2026: Overview

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bibinagar, an Institute of National Importance set up under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY), wants Guest Faculty for its College of Nursing in the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region, Telangana. The institute needs a teacher for each of three subjects: Telugu, Applied Sociology and Statistics.

This is a part-time, hourly engagement for one academic session, paid per class taken. It suits postgraduate teachers who can travel to Bibinagar for a fixed number of classes alongside their regular work.

• Guest Faculty (Telugu): language teaching for College of Nursing students, with the smallest teaching load of the three.
• Guest Faculty (Applied Sociology): sociology classes for the nursing students, with a mid-sized teaching load.

Post-wise Duties

Guest Faculty (Telugu)

You will take up to 30 hours of Telugu classes for College of Nursing students during the academic session.

Guest Faculty (Applied Sociology)

You will teach up to 60 hours of Applied Sociology classes over the session.

Guest Faculty (Statistics)

You will handle up to 100 hours in total — 50 hours of theory and 50 hours of practicals — covering the statistics part of the nursing course.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Hourly pay with a cap: You are paid only for classes actually taken, up to the maximum hours fixed for your subject.
• No regular job claim: Selected guest faculty have no claim to regular employment at AIIMS Bibinagar.
• Cut-off date: Age, qualification and experience are all counted as on the last date for receiving applications.
• Document check: Your original degree, mark sheets and date-of-birth proof are verified before the offer of engagement is issued.
• Leaving early: If you join and then resign or are released before the tenure ends, the AIIMS management's decision on the matter is final.
• Government employees: Staff of government, semi-government, corporations or autonomous institutes must send a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with the application.
• Right to cancel: The Director can cancel the advertisement or fill fewer posts depending on institutional need.
