Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: SSC (10th) pass with ITI in Plumbing (2-year course) from a government-recognized institution.
• Experience: 2-3 years' experience in plumbing system operation, pipeline work, toilet maintenance, unclogging, STP/WTP operation, pump operation, and related plumbing and sanitary work.
• Other Skills: Knowledge of overhead and underground water tanks, water level checking, water meter replacement, and leakage tracing.
• You must be willing to work in shift duties, including nights, Sundays and holidays.

If you have worked as a pump/plumbing operator in a hospital, factory, township or large residential complex and are comfortable handling both routine pump maintenance and emergency repairs, your experience is directly relevant here. The role expects you to independently monitor pump performance and water supply and act quickly on faults, since campus facilities need to stay functional at all times.

• You should be up to 33 years old.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 26,210 to Rs. 35,000 per month, based on experience above the minimum eligibility criteria.
• This is a contract position for 6 months, extendable as per requirement — so consistent performance can lead to a longer engagement at ACTREC.
• The salary is a fixed consolidated amount paid by the outsourced contractor, A-1 Facility and Property Managers Pvt. Ltd., not a direct government pay scale.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

1. Walk-In Interview: Eligible candidates are directly interviewed — there is no written test for this post. The panel will check your practical knowledge of pump and plumbing systems along with your certificates.
