Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) Project Research Scientist Recruitment 2026
ACTREC is a Grant-in-Aid Institution of the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, and functions under the Tata Memorial Centre in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. The institute has released notification ACTREC/Advt-156/2026 for a Project Research Scientist – III (Non-Medical) post in its Department of Clinical Biostatistics. The role is attached to a Phase I clinical trial project evaluating the safety and immunogenicity of an inactivated KFD (Kyasanur Forest Disease) vaccine developed by the Human Biologicals Institute. This is a project-based engagement for an initial period of 6 months, which may be extended depending on how your work progresses. ACTREC works closely with Tata Memorial Hospital on translational cancer research, so this role also gives you exposure to a wider clinical research environment beyond the specific vaccine trial. Statisticians and biostatisticians with clinical trial experience will find this a strong opportunity to work on active vaccine research at a premier institute.
