Junior Superintendent (Library)

• Qualification: First Class Bachelor's degree in Library Science.
• Experience: 5 years as Senior Assistant / Assistant (Library) in Pay Level-5.
• Helpful skills: Digital library management, library automation, library networking and computerisation.

Junior Superintendent (Translator)

• Qualification: First Class Bachelor's degree in Hindi or English with the other language as a compulsory/elective subject or medium of examination.
• Experience: 5 years as Senior Assistant / Assistant (Hindi Translator) in Pay Level-5.
• Helpful skills: Hindi-English translation work, computer operation and office software knowledge in both languages.

Junior Technical Superintendent

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in CSE/IT, MCA, M.Sc Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical/Instrumentation, Electronics/EEE or Mechatronics.
• Experience: 5 years in Pay Level-5 or equivalent industrial experience.
• Helpful skills: Laboratory, academics, research establishment, server, network and technical lab work in higher education institutions.

Staff Nurse

• Qualification: B.Sc Nursing with 2 years experience, or 3 years diploma in Nursing and Midwifery with 5 years experience.
• Recognition: The degree or diploma should be from an institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council.
• Helpful skills: Clinical experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital, emergency room, labour room or operation theatre experience.

Age Limit

• Upper age limit is 32 years for all posts.
• Age, qualification and experience will be counted as on 29 June 2026.
• Age relaxation: Relaxation for reserved categories will be as per Government of India rules.

Salary

• All advertised posts are in Pay Level-6 under the 7th CPC pay matrix.
• Expected monthly pay range is Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400.
• You will also get DA, HRA and other allowances as admissible for central institute employees.

• Payment can be made by online transfer to the institute account or by demand draft in favour of Director, ABV-IIITM Gwalior, payable at Gwalior.

Selection Process

The institute has said that the selection process will be notified later and may include written test, interview and/or trade test.
