International Center of Excellence in Mining Safety & Automation (iCEM) is an autonomous institution established by the Government of Gujarat under the Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation ecosystem. The Plant Supervisor role is placed in the Mineral Processing department and reports to the Plant Manager - Pilot Scale Mineral Processing Plant. The position is based at iCEM Dev Dholera, Ahmedabad district, Gujarat, and daily pick-up and drop from Ahmedabad is available to iCEM employees.

This is a hands-on plant operations role. The JD focuses on shift supervision, process monitoring, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and coordination with maintenance and laboratory teams.
