Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Hospital Manesar, Haryana has released a notification dated 6 June 2026 for contractual medical posts. The notice covers 12 Full Time/Part Time Contractual Specialists, 16 Senior Residents and 1 Part Time Contractual Super-Specialist. Selection is through walk-in interview only, so eligible doctors should report with original documents and one self-attested photocopy set.

Who Can Apply?

For Contractual Specialist

• Qualification: PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognised university.
• Experience: 3 years after PG Degree or 5 years after diploma.
• Specialist Level: Junior Specialist needs 3 years post-PG experience as per RR; Senior Specialist needs 5 years post-PG experience as per RR.

For Senior Resident

• Qualification Option 1: PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned discipline.
• Qualification Option 2: MBBS from a recognised university with at least 2 years working experience in the same discipline.
• Preference: PG Degree or Diploma qualified candidates will be preferred.
• Tenure Note: Candidates who have already completed 3 years as Senior Resident in a government institution need not apply.

For Part Time Contractual Super-Specialist

• Qualification: Degree or Diploma in the concerned super specialty from a recognised university.
• Registration: You must be registered with the Medical Council.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years after PG Degree or 5 years after diploma in the concerned super specialty.

Age Limit

• Contractual Specialist: Not exceeding 69 years as on the interview date.
• Senior Resident: Not exceeding 45 years as on the interview date.
• Part Time Contractual Super-Specialist: Not exceeding 69 years as on the interview date.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/PH/PWD/EWS relaxation will be as per Central Government rules.

Salary

• Full Time Junior Specialist: Rs. 1,12,000 per month.
• Full Time Senior Specialist: Rs. 1,29,000 per month.
• Part Time Specialist: Rs. 60,000 consolidated plus Rs. 15,000 emergency visiting charges and Rs. 800 per hour beyond 16 hours per week, or Rs. 60,000 plus fixed percentage of CGHS rates on case-to-case basis.
• Senior Resident: Basic Pay Rs. 67,700 plus allowances in Level 11 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. Deductions apply for PG Diploma-only and non-PG candidates as mentioned in the notice.
• Part Time Super-Specialist: Rs. 1,00,000 consolidated plus Rs. 20,000 emergency visiting charges and Rs. 1,200 per hour beyond 16 hours per week, or Rs. 1,00,000 plus fixed percentage of CGHS rates on case-to-case basis.

Application Fee

• SC / ST / PWD / Female candidates / Ex-Servicemen: No fee
• All other candidates: Rs. 500
• Payment mode: Demand Draft only in favour of ESIC Fund Account No. 2, payable at Manesar.
• Fee once paid will not be refunded.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

ESIC will conduct selection through walk-in interview and document checking.

1. Reporting and Document Verification: Report to ESIC Hospital Manesar with original documents and one self-attested photocopy set.
2. Walk-in Interview: Attend the interview on 16 June 2026 from 9:00 AM onwards. No candidate will be entertained after 11:00 AM.
3. Final Selection: Selection will depend on eligibility, document verification, interview performance and ESIC rules.

How to Apply

2. Carry original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies.
3. If the fee applies to you, carry a Demand Draft of Rs. 500 in favour of ESIC Fund Account No. 2, payable at Manesar.
4. Report to the office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Plot No. 41, Sector-03, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana.
5. Reach on 16 June 2026 from 9:00 AM onwards. No candidate will be allowed after 11:00 AM.

Important reporting note: The notification clearly says no candidate will be entertained after 11:00 AM. Doctors who are already working in government service should carry NOC from their department, and selected candidates must submit the required security deposit at joining.
