Eligible Officer Categories

  • All India Services / Central Civil Services / DRDO: Suitable officers holding analogous Group A level posts can apply.
  • Public Sector Undertakings: Officers holding analogous posts can be considered on short-term contract.
  • Service Officers: Serving officers holding the substantive rank of Lt Col, Commander or Wing Commander in the Army, Navy or Air Force can apply.

Desirable Qualification

  • Education: B.Tech degree is desirable.
  • Experience: You should have worked in missile or armament systems.
  • Training: Officers who have completed specialised or advanced courses in missiles, armament or weapon systems will be preferred.
  • Residual service: You must have 4 years of residual service from the date of the vacancy circular.

Salary

  • The post is in Pay Level 12/12A as per the 7th CPC.
  • For Level 12, the monthly pay range is Rs. 78,800 to Rs. 2,09,200.
