MPYPIL is the nodal agency implementing the Mukhyamantri Sugam Parivahan Seva Yojana, which aims to provide safe, affordable and technology-enabled passenger transport across the state. Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need a graduate degree relevant to your chosen discipline — B.E./B.Tech for technical posts (IT, Civil, Electrical, GIS, AI/ML), LL.B for Legal and Regulatory, and BBA/MBA or equivalent for HR, Route Planning and Business Analyst posts.
• Experience: You need a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in your chosen field.

MPYPIL was set up as a State Government company by the Madhya Pradesh Transport Department to modernise passenger transport in the state. If selected, your posting can be at any MPYPIL office or subsidiary company location across Madhya Pradesh, as decided by the Appointing Authority.

• You should be between 35 and 63 years old as on 1 January 2026.

Salary

• All 54 Senior Management posts carry a consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 94,248.
• If you are a retired Central/State Government employee, your pay will be fixed by deducting your pension from your last drawn salary, or at 50% of your last drawn salary — whichever applies as per MPYPIL rules.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection for these Senior Management posts happens in the following stages:

1. Screening of Applications: MPYPIL checks your qualification, experience and category documents.
2. Interview cum Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview along with document verification.

The date, time and venue for your interview will be displayed on the MPOnline portal or communicated through email/SMS. Final selection is also subject to the outcome of Writ Petition No. 5901/2019 pending before the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur, relating to OBC reservation.
