District Project Livelihood College (DPLC), Bastar is engaging a guest trainer for Solar Panel Installation Technician training at its Jagdalpur campus. The role supports courses conducted under the Chief Minister Skill Development Scheme and Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana. It is a part-time, completely temporary assignment built around practical skill delivery rather than a regular teaching post.

The trainer will help learners understand solar panel installation through classroom and practical instruction. The college expects someone who knows the mechanical, electrical or electronics side of the trade and can connect that knowledge with field practice. Industrial exposure and training experience are both important because the work includes explaining the trade, supervising practice and preparing trainees for employment.

This role goes beyond taking classes. The notification places responsibility for mobilising learners, counselling them and supporting their placement on the trainer. You should therefore be comfortable speaking with potential trainees, tracking their progress and coordinating with employers or placement contacts after training.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Temporary engagement: the assignment is linked to the training target received from the state office and can end if the relevant course is not run.
• Initial period: the trainer is invited for up to 12 months; continuation depends on regular course activity and satisfactory work.
• Performance review: unsatisfactory training or related work can lead to cancellation of the engagement.
• Certification: ToT Domain and Platform Certification, CTI or CITS certification receives preference. If no certified person is available, another selected trainer must earn the relevant certification at personal cost within one month of joining.
• Joining window: the selected person must join within seven days of receiving the selection information or the offer can pass to someone on the waiting list.
• No regular claim: the guest engagement ends automatically if a regular, transferred or contractual appointee is placed against the work.
• Reservation: the notice states that reservation rules do not apply to this temporary selection.
• Final decision: the selection committee's decision governs the interview and merit process.

This is a walk-in interview at District Project Livelihood College, Nakti Semra, Aadawal, Jagdalpur. Registration and verification are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon, with interviews from 1:30 PM. Applications are not accepted more than two hours after the notified reporting time.
