Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

Important Conditions

• Tenure: The appointment is for 6 months from the date of joining.
• Posting: Selected doctors will work in various departments at AIIMS Gorakhpur.
• Private practice: During the appointment, you cannot take any other paid assignment or private practice.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 37 years.
• SC/ST relaxation: Up to 5 years.
• OBC relaxation: Up to 3 years.
• OPH/PwBD relaxation: Up to 10 years for General, 13 years for OBC, and 15 years for SC/ST.
• No age relaxation is available for SC/ST/OBC candidates applying against unreserved vacancies.

Salary

• Pay Matrix Level 10: Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month.
• Medical personnel will also get NPA as per applicable rules.
• The appointment is ad-hoc, so regular service benefits such as PF, pension, gratuity, seniority, or promotion are not attached to this post.

Selection Process

The selection process is mainly through document verification and interview. If the number of candidates is high, AIIMS Gorakhpur may also conduct a written examination before the final selection.

6. Carry original documents, photocopies, photographs, and NOC from your employer if you are already working in a government or similar body.

Do not report late. The notification says candidates reaching after the specified registration time will not be considered.
