Service Conditions and Caveats

• Scheme-linked appointments: The Rampura Phul posts end when their plan scheme ends or is completed. Do not treat these appointments as carrying an unconditional right to continued service.
• Transfers from Rampura Phul: Appointees cannot claim a transfer to Ludhiana or another outstation. The university can, however, transfer them when its work requires it.
• Probation and bond: Faculty and scientist appointees serve a three-year probation and sign a service bond under the university's published guidelines when joining.
