Post-wise Duties

Supervisors and Engineers

You will coordinate site work, check quality and help deliver civil or PAGA-system requirements. The PAGA Engineer role also covers system optimisation, acceptance testing, bills of quantity, technical evaluation and cost proposals.

Technicians and Electricians

You will install, test, maintain and troubleshoot the assigned electrical, fibre, copper, LAN or plant-paging systems. Clear records and safe tool use are important because the work can move across live project sites.

Construction Trades and Labour

You will support telecom ducts, routes, manholes, concrete and formwork. The work is practical and site-based, with tasks allocated according to your trade and the project's daily schedule.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract: The initial term is three years from joining and may be extended on mutually agreed terms.
• Relocation: Selected candidates must be ready to travel after visa, police, medical and stamping formalities are complete.
• Facilities: TCIL Kuwait provides shared camp accommodation, work-site transport, medical cover, return travel at contract completion and other facilities named in the notice.
• Security deposit: A refundable deposit and undertaking apply after selection. The collection timing differs for Labour, Mason and Carpenter.
• Local compliance: Your work visa is arranged through TCIL Kuwait, while you must complete the India-side police clearance, medical clearance and visa stamping.
