Posts and Disciplines

• DGM Contract Specialist: a senior contract-management role for highway and expressway assignments, with emphasis on claims, dispute handling and major delivery models.
• Manager Structural Engineer Highway Design: bridge and highway-structure design work covering flyovers, underpasses and related assets, including structural assessment and rehabilitation.
• Manager Highway Design Engineer: geometric, pavement and junction design using Indian and international highway standards.

Post-wise Duties

DGM Contract Specialist

You will guide teams on EPC, HAM, BOT, annuity and item-rate contracts, review contractual risks, and support claim settlement and dispute resolution. Your work will connect project records with the correct MoRTH, bidding-document and FIDIC provisions.

Manager Structural Engineer Highway Design

You will lead the design and checking of bridges, ROBs, RUBs, flyovers and vehicle underpasses. You may also assess the health of existing structures and recommend practical rehabilitation measures.

Manager Highway Design Engineer

You will prepare and review highway alignments, pavement layouts, junctions and intersections. The role calls for careful use of IRC, AASHTO, British or other applicable standards and coordination with wider project teams.

Assistant Manager Highway Design Engineer

You will support geometric design, prepare AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings, check inputs and help senior engineers turn survey and traffic information into usable design packages.

Assistant Manager Structural Engineer Highway Design

You will assist with structural analysis, design calculations and drawings for highway structures. You will also help check design assumptions, revisions and coordination comments before deliverables are issued.

• Posting liability: selected professionals may be placed at RITES offices or project locations anywhere in India and may also be assigned abroad according to company needs.
• Role choice: the Manager and Assistant Manager tests are scheduled together, so you should select only the vacancy for which your qualification and experience fit.
