M/s A.E. Securitas is recruiting armed and unarmed Security Guards for outsourced deployment at Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU), Fursatganj, Amethi. This distinction matters: RGNAU has provided the work location, website space and selection venue, but the university is not the recruiting employer and has no role in the selection process. The engagement is intended for round-the-clock campus security work under the agency's supervision.

Post-wise Duties

Armed Security Guard

You will protect the assigned post, control access and handle a licensed firearm in line with safety rules and use-of-force procedures. You may also respond to fire, intrusion and evacuation situations while following directions from the nominated Security Officer.

Unarmed Security Guard

You will manage entry checks, patrolling, visitors and crowd movement around the campus. The work also calls for basic fire-safety awareness, clear incident reporting and a calm approach when assisting campus users.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Employer relationship: Your engagement will be with M/s A.E. Securitas, not RGNAU. It gives you no claim to regular appointment, absorption, seniority or another university benefit.
• Tenure: The engagement is temporary, outsourced and co-terminus with the agency's contract with RGNAU. The agency may end it at its discretion.
• Place of deployment: The agency may deploy selected guards at RGNAU Fursatganj or another client location on an outsourced basis.
• Shift duty: Work may cover Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and night shifts. The notice describes an 8-hour duty without a break, with reporting before the shift for briefing and handover.
• Weekly rest: One weekly off is available according to the shift roster.
