This is not a single-discipline engineer drive. RFCL needs people for chemical operations, maintenance, electrical systems, materials, transport, human resources, secretarial support, medicine, finance and information technology. You should match both your qualification and post-qualification executive experience to the exact post; holding a higher degree does not replace the advertised core qualification or relevant work background.

Posts and Disciplines

• Chemical operations: Engineer, Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager roles focus on continuous plant operations, process troubleshooting and control systems.
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance: Engineers support rotating and static equipment, piping, power distribution, motors, transformers, protection systems and plant reliability.

Post-wise Duties

Plant Operations and Maintenance

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Mobility: Initial placement is mainly at Ramagundam or Noida, but selected professionals can be moved to any RFCL unit or office in India.
• Shift work: Plant and support needs may require general or rotating duties, including night shifts.
• Experience basis: Relevant work must be gained after the qualifying degree and must be executive experience. Contract work through an agency and apprenticeship training do not count.
• Qualification mode: The prescribed course must be regular and full-time. Part-time, correspondence, distance, online and evening-class qualifications are not accepted for the core eligibility requirement.
• Government employees: Applicants from government bodies and public-sector organisations should produce an employer NOC at interview or give the allowed undertaking, followed by proper relieving documents if selected.
• Medical fitness: Appointment depends on medical fitness, document checks, character verification and validation of category claims.
