Candidates with a senior background in police, intelligence, vigilance or large-event security management are encouraged to apply. As GM-TSLO, you will report directly to the Director General and run NTA's 24x7 Live Operations Command Centre from D-7 to D+1 of every major exam, working closely with State Police, District Police and Central Paramilitary Forces to keep every centre secure.

  1. Shortlisting: Based on your qualifications, experience and suitability for the role.
  2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates appear before a Selection Committee, with an option to present on test-security strategy and operations.
  3. Background Verification: Comprehensive background checks are done before any offer is made, given the sensitive nature of the role.

Since this is one of NTA's most operationally critical positions, the selected candidate will also be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and submit to periodic background verification during the engagement.
