Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society (KSRLPS) Cluster Supervisor Skill Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society (KSRLPS), which runs the Sanjeevini programme under the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM), has opened 1 Cluster Supervisor - Skill post in Ballari district. This is a contract job under the DDU-GKY skill development programme. You will mobilise rural youth for skill training, counsel candidates, and track their placements. Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must be any graduate from a recognised university.
• Experience: You need at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field, such as skill mobilisation, rural development, or community work.

• Good communication skills to run awareness camps and counsel youth and parents.
• Comfortable using web portals like Kaushal Panjee for data entry.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 45 years
• Age relaxation, if any, will be as per KSRLPS and Karnataka government rules.

Salary

• You will get a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 18,000 per month.
• This is a contract position under the NRLM / Sanjeevini DDU-GKY programme. Other benefits will be as per the programme guidelines.

• Organise mass mobilisation camps and counsel candidates and parents for skill training
• Track training start, dropouts, and re-join cases, reporting them to block and district offices
• Collect placement details from PIAs and track placed candidates, especially women
• Upload tracking and placement data to the designated web portal
• Organise quarterly capacity building workshops for block officials and community cadres
