KSRLPS Block Manager Farm Livelihoods Recruitment 2026: Overview
Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society (KSRLPS) is recruiting a Block Manager for Farm Livelihoods in Devanahalli, Bengaluru Rural, through the National Rural Livelihood Mission Karnataka recruitment portal. The role supports women farmers, referred to as Mahila Kisan in the notice, and the delivery of farm livelihood activities at block level.
This work connects community resource persons, cluster teams and other departments with farming support in the field. You will be part of a programme that combines regular field contact with organic farming support, programme information and links between farmers and potential buyers.

Responsibilities
- Implement farm livelihood activities across the assigned block.
- Support women farmers through farm livelihood initiatives.
- Coordinate block and cluster activities with relevant departments.
- Visit field locations to support and monitor community resource persons.
- Compile progress reports and keep programme monitoring data updated.
- Help organise organic farming workshops and document useful practices.
- Identify buyers and support buyer-seller meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
M.Sc. in Agriculture or allied farm sciences with at least 1 year of relevant field experience; B.Sc. in Agriculture or allied farm sciences with at least 3 years; or another master's degree with at least 5 years in farm livelihoods or a relevant field.
Required Skills
Farm livelihood implementation, field coordination, reporting, management information system data handling, organic farming support and market linkages.
