KSRLPS Taluk Program Manager Recruitment 2026: Overview

Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society (KSRLPS) has a Taluk Program Manager opening in Byadgi, Haveri, under the National Rural Livelihood Mission. This is a block team leadership role that brings together community institutions, field coordinators, banks and local departments to support mission activities.

You would work within a district and state mission reporting structure, with direct reporting to the Executive Officer of the Taluk Panchayat. The role combines community planning and programme coordination, with attention to women, people with disabilities and other groups facing disadvantage in the block.

• Lead the block team and support cluster and area coordinators with technical and management guidance.
• Visit field locations, review progress and hold regular team review meetings.
• Help community institutions prepare plans and put them into action.
• Coordinate with banks and mission financial inclusion teams to connect Self Help Groups with banking services.
• Plan annual activities and longer-term work under the block monitoring and evaluation programme.
• Identify vulnerable households and support activities that connect them with relevant programmes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and other progress reports for the district mission team.
• Coordinate with local self-government institutions, government departments and non-government organisations.
