Responsibilities
- Examine and treat patients in the Ophthalmology OPD at BARC Hospital, Mumbai
- Diagnose eye conditions including refractive errors, cataract, glaucoma, and retinal disorders
- Perform routine ophthalmology procedures and minor eye surgeries as required
- Prescribe medication and refer complex cases for specialised care
- Maintain accurate patient records and case files
- Cover regular or leave vacancies in the ophthalmology department on locum basis
- Coordinate with other medical officers and hospital staff for patient care
- Follow BARC Hospital protocols and Department of Atomic Energy medical guidelines

Minimum Qualification
MS / MD / DNB in Ophthalmology from a recognised university
Preferred Qualification
Higher percentage of marks in MS/MD/DNB (used for shortlisting if more than 10 candidates apply)
