Zilla Parishad Beed (ZP Beed), under the Health Department, has announced recruitment for Ad-hoc Medical Officer posts to fill vacant positions at Primary Health Centers (PHCs) in Beed district. These are contractual appointments for 11 months, meant to ensure healthcare services continue without interruption at rural health facilities. There is no written exam — selection is purely through a walk-in interview. MBBS doctors with Maharashtra domicile and MMC registration can attend the interview directly.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have completed your MBBS degree from a recognized university.
• Medical Council Registration: You need permanent registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC). Temporary registration is not accepted.
• Internship: You must have completed your internship.
• Domicile: You must be a resident of Maharashtra.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 58 years
• No minimum age mentioned in the notification.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs. 1,54,000 per month as a lump sum payment.
• This is as per the Maharashtra Government Resolution dated 26 May 2020 (Para 52/Section-3, dated 29 May 2020).
• The appointment is on a purely contractual basis for 11 months. It does not carry any regular government pay scale or allowances.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is done in a single stage:

1. Walk-in Interview: You need to appear in person at the interview venue with your application form and all required documents. There is no written test or online screening.
2. Document Verification: Your original documents will be checked at the time of the interview.
