UPSRLM Siddharthnagar CLF Accountant and MIS Assistant Recruitment 2026: Overview

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner (Self-Employment), Siddharthnagar is hiring for the district unit of the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM). The openings sit in the district's Model Cluster Level Federations (CLFs) — the bodies that bring women's self-help groups (SHGs) and village organisations together at cluster level. Two roles are on offer: CLF Accountant and MIS Assistant.

This is a community-cadre drive meant for rural women already working inside the mission's SHG network, so your group membership and field experience count as much as your Class 12 marks. If you have kept SHG or village organisation books, or you are comfortable with computers and reports, one of these posts will suit you.

Posts and Disciplines

• CLF Accountant: keeps the books of the federation. Only members of a UPSRLM women's self-help group can apply, and your group must also belong to a village organisation and the CLF. The Accountant will be picked from among experienced cluster-level book keepers.
• MIS Assistant: handles the federation's data and computer reports. Only women can apply, and members of UPSRLM women's groups get preference. You need a computer or software course certificate from a government-registered institute and working skill in Microsoft Office.

Post-wise Duties

CLF Accountant

You will write the account books of SHGs, village organisations and the CLF, visit the bank branch during banking hours, and travel to the villages the federation covers. You should be ready to join group and federation meetings and go on exposure visits and training inside and outside Uttar Pradesh.

MIS Assistant

You will use Microsoft Office to prepare the federation's reports on computer and work on a smartphone in the field. The job also takes you to the villages linked to the CLF, to SHG, village organisation and CLF meetings, and to trainings and exposure trips within and beyond the state.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• No home posting: under no circumstances will a selected Accountant or MIS Assistant be allowed to work in her own (home) CLF.
• Clean record: you must not be a defaulter of your own group or of any bank.
• Smartphone: you need your own smartphone or Android phone and should be able to work on it.
• Posts may change: the number of posts can go up or down, based on vacancy reports from the district and block levels.
• Right to cancel: the Model CLF can cancel or amend the recruitment at any stage under the guidelines approved by UPSRLM.

Application Submission Notes

There is no online form. You hand in your application only at your home or concerned CLF office, or the Block Mission Management Unit (BMMU). The full advertisement, with the eligibility details and application instructions, is pasted on the notice boards of the Model CLF office, the village organisation office, the BMMU and the District Mission Management Unit — check there for the exact form format.

Block Development Officers check the forms collected at each CLF and send the list to the district office, so hand in your form at the right CLF or BMMU — forms are not accepted anywhere else.
