The Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihood Mission (TNSRLM), through its District Mission Management Unit in Karur, is hiring a Manager and an Accountant for a new Common Marketing Facility Centre (CMFC). The centre is being set up under Karur district's non-farm livelihood action plan for 2025-26 to help women's self-help groups (SHGs) sell the products they make. Post-wise Duties

CMFC Manager

• Coordinate with CMFC support agencies and vendors for value addition, packing, packaging, branding and labelling of SHG products.

• Work with technical support agencies, project management units, DSMS and SSMS to improve marketing facilities.
• Take part in exhibitions and promotional campaigns to learn what customers want.
• List SHG products on GeM, e-commerce and social media, and train SHGs to use these platforms.
• Guide SHGs on selling through marketing vehicles and exhibitions.

CMFC Accountant

You will maintain all CMFC registers, bank account books and the cash book on computer. Alongside the accounts, you are expected to have a good working knowledge of social media, video, photography and other promotion tools for SHG products.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Outsourced engagement: You will be engaged through an outsourcing agency on a purely temporary contract, and you cannot claim a permanent job later.
