Vacancy Details

The Day-Care Cancer Centre project covers all 38 districts of Bihar, so once selected, you could be posted at the Muzaffarpur HBCH&RC campus or at any district-level day-care centre depending on where the Institute needs staff. Who Can Apply?

Nurse (4 posts):

• Qualification: GNM or B.Sc Nursing, registered with INC (Indian Nursing Council) or SNC (State Nursing Council).
• You should be ready to work in shifts, including night duty.
• Carry your original INC/SNC registration certificate for verification at the venue.

Pharmacist (8 posts):

• Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy with 2 years' experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) with 1 year's experience — both registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
• Experience with computerized systems is desirable, and you should be ready for shift duties including night shifts.
• Candidates with a Diploma in Pharmacy are generally placed toward the lower end of the pay range, while B.Pharm degree holders may be placed toward the upper end.

Medical Officer (4 posts):

• Qualification: MBBS degree recognized by the National Medical Commission (erstwhile Medical Council of India).
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in an Oncology set-up.

Multi-Tasking Staff / MTS (2 posts):

• Qualification: 10th standard pass with relevant experience in cleaning, sweeping, mopping, drainage/toilet cleaning, glass pane cleaning, garbage disposal, and shifting equipment/furniture.

Age Limit

• Nurse, Pharmacist & MTS: Up to 30 years as on the date of interview.
• Medical Officer: Up to 45 years as on the date of interview.

Salary

• Nurse: Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month (consolidated).
• Pharmacist: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month (consolidated).
• Medical Officer: Rs. 84,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 per month (consolidated).
• Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month (consolidated).
• These are consolidated pay packages tied to the project; no separate DA/HRA is mentioned.
• Pay levels are fixed per post since this is a centrally funded project position, not a regular pay-band appointment.

Selection Process

Selection may involve the following steps:
