As a Relationship Manager, you will build customer relationships, promote banking products like CASA, loans, insurance, and investment products, and help TMB grow its retail and MSME loan book. TMB is looking for banking professionals with hands-on experience in loan sourcing and processing — including MSME loans and retail loans — to join its growing branch network. Beyond loan sourcing, the role covers end-to-end customer servicing. You will assess a customer's credit background and risk profile using tools like CIBIL, CRILC, and Account Aggregator data, and for home loan cases, you will verify property and collateral documents through Proplegit. You will also be responsible for monitoring accounts that slip into SMA-0, SMA-1, and SMA-2 categories and updating their status, working closely with the collection team where needed. This makes the role a good fit for candidates who are comfortable with both sales targets and hands-on credit and portfolio management — not just relationship building.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation with First Class (60% marks) in any discipline, under regular stream, from a recognized university.
• Experience (for Manager): At least 3 years' relevant experience in a bank in sourcing/processing loans, MSME loans, or retail loans.
• Experience (for Assistant Manager): At least 2 years' relevant experience in a bank in sourcing/processing loans, MSME loans, or retail loans.
• Tenor: This is a regular basis appointment, not a contract role.
• No vigilance case or adverse observation from RBI or any Statutory Authority should be pending against you.

Since the notification asks for candidates with proven experience in loan sourcing and processing, this role suits professionals currently working in banks, NBFCs, or similar lending institutions who want to move into a stable, regular-basis position with a well-established private bank. Freshers without the required banking experience are not eligible to apply for either cadre.
