Who Can Apply?

Software Developer (Manager Cadre):

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT, or MCA, or an equivalent degree
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Banking/FinTech software development, including at least 3 years leading a development team
• Experience in Java (J2EE)/Springboot, microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and Agile/Scrum methodology
• As a Manager, you will lead and mentor the IT team, plan projects and timelines, prepare technical specification documents, and ensure the team follows industry best practices

Data Scientist (Manager Cadre):

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist in a bank, financial institution, or large database environment
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
• Desirable: Proficiency in data visualization tools like SAS, Tableau or Power BI, and experience building predictive models

Statistician (Manager Cadre):

• Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Statistician in a bank or financial institution

Software Developer / CBS Support Engineer / Software Programmer (Assistant Manager Cadre):

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT, or MCA, or an equivalent degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, testing, or maintenance (CBS Support Engineers need experience in large banking software such as Finacle scripting/development/customization)
• Knowledge of Angular/NodeJS, Docker, mobile app development (Native/Hybrid/Flutter), and microservices architecture is preferred
• Candidates with prior experience in Financial/Payment services will be preferred

Oracle HCM (Payroll/Integrations) (Assistant Manager Cadre):

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT, or MCA, or an equivalent degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Compliance, Data Integrity, and Backend Systems, with knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll for India, OIC Services, and Compensation Workbench

• Manager Cadre posts (Software Developer, Data Scientist, Statistician): Not exceeding 35 years as on 30 June 2026.
