For Teacher Posts (Rs. 35,400/month)

• You need a Graduation degree with at least 45% marks plus B.Ed.
• You must have studied the relevant subject (English / Arts / Mathematics / Science) at graduation level.
• TET (Pre-Middle level) qualification is mandatory.

For Computer Teacher (Rs. 35,400/month)

• Graduation with Computer Science / IT / Computer Application in Second Class minimum.

For Headmaster Posts (Rs. 38,100 / Rs. 35,400)

• Pre-Middle Headmaster: Graduation in Second Class English-medium with B.Ed.
• Primary Headmaster: Higher Secondary in Second Class English-medium with D.Ed.

For Assistant Teacher (Rs. 25,300/month)

• Higher Secondary (12th) with 45%+ marks plus D.Ed / D.El.Ed.
• TET (Primary level) qualification is mandatory.

For Librarian (Rs. 22,400/month)

• Graduation in Second Class with B.Lib degree.

For Assistant Grade-02 (Rs. 25,300) and Assistant Grade-03 (Rs. 19,500)

• Higher Secondary in Second Class plus a one-year Computer Diploma and Hindi typing speed of 5000 Key Depressions per hour and English typing speed of 8000 Key Depressions per hour.

Other Conditions

• You must be a permanent resident (domicile) of Chhattisgarh.
• You must have studied your qualifying classes (10th to PG) in English medium, except for Hindi and Sanskrit Lecturers.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 21 years (as on 01 January 2026)
• Maximum age: 35 years (as on 01 January 2026)

• Physical Education Teacher: Rs. 35,400 per month

• Note: Salary is a fixed consolidated monthly amount. No DA, HRA, or other allowances will be paid since this is a pure contract appointment.

Selection Process

There is no written exam and no interview. Selection is purely based on academic merit. The selection committee will calculate marks using the following weightage:

1. For Lecturer Posts: 12th (20%), Graduation (30%), Post-Graduation (50%) — Total 100 marks
2. For Teacher / Computer Teacher / Physical Education Teacher / Primary Headmaster / Librarian: 10th (20%), 12th (30%), Graduation (50%) — Total 100 marks
3. For Assistant Teacher / Assistant Teacher (Science Lab): 10th (40%), 12th (60%) — Total 100 marks
4. For Pre-Middle Headmaster: 10th (20%), 12th (30%), Graduation (50%) — Total 100 marks
5. For Assistant Grade-02 / Assistant Grade-03: 10th (30%), 12th (40%), Skill Test (30%) — Total 100 marks
6. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification with originals.
7. Medical Fitness Certificate: Selected candidates must submit a government medical board fitness certificate within 10 days of joining.
