Who Can Apply?

Skill Professor Posts

• Engineering and Management: You need a Ph.D. in the relevant field, first class at bachelor's or master's level, and at least 10 years in teaching, research or industry, including 3 years at Associate Professor level.
• Nursing: You need M.Sc Nursing with 12 years total experience, including 10 years teaching experience after M.Sc Nursing. Ph.D. Nursing is desirable.
• Pharmacy: You need B.Pharm registration, a Ph.D. with first class at bachelor's or master's level, and 10 years relevant teaching, research, industry or professional experience, or the industry/profession route listed in the notice.
• Physiotherapy: You need a master's degree in physiotherapy with 10 years experience. Ph.D. and published work are desirable.
• Arts and Tourism: You need a doctoral degree or the professional achievement route mentioned for performing arts, along with research publications, teaching/research experience and the required research score.

Skill Associate Professor Posts

• Agriculture and Tourism: You need a Ph.D., master's degree with at least 55% marks, and 8 years teaching or research experience with publications and research score.
• Engineering and Management: You need a Ph.D. in the relevant field, first class at bachelor's or master's level, at least 6 publications, and 8 years teaching, research or industry experience including 2 years post-Ph.D. experience.
• Nursing: You need M.Sc Nursing with 8 years total experience, including 5 years teaching experience. Ph.D. Nursing is desirable.
• Pharmacy and Physiotherapy: You need the professional qualification, registration or master's degree listed for the discipline, with 8 years relevant experience.
• Fine Arts, Visual Arts and Performing Arts: You need a doctoral degree, high professional standard, and 8 years teaching or research experience at Assistant Professor level or equivalent.

Salary

• Skill Professor: Academic Pay Level 14 under 7th CPC, approximately Rs. 1,44,200 to Rs. 2,18,200 per month.
• Skill Associate Professor: Academic Pay Level 13A under 7th CPC, approximately Rs. 1,31,400 to Rs. 2,17,100 per month.
• Allowances: Deputation terms and allowances will follow parent university or Haryana Government rules, as applicable.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The selection will be based on a 100-mark composite assessment. All eligible applicants will be called for the interview process.

1. Academic Performance: 20 marks, including UG marks for 8 and PG marks for 12.
2. Research Performance: 40 marks based on best publications and supporting evidence.
3. Domain Knowledge and Teaching Skills: 20 marks through presentation or another assessment method decided by SVSU.
4. Interview: 20 marks before the selection committee.
5. Document Verification: NOC, vigilance clearance, APAR/SAR/ACR records and other certificates will be checked.

Minimum suitability marks are 60% in the composite score, with 57% for SC, BC and PwBD candidates.
