For General Manager / Deputy General Managers (Age 50-63 years):

  • Postgraduate degree with preference to CA / MBA / PGDBM in Finance, M.Com, Agriculture, Rural Management or Commerce
  • For DGM IT: PG in Electronics / M.Tech / MCA with certifications in cybersecurity, project management or governance
  • Minimum 20+ years of experience, with 10-15 years in senior leadership roles
  • Experience in microfinance, SHG financing, banking, BFSI, credit policy or fund management

For Assistant General Managers (Age 40-55 years):

  • For AGM IT: M.Tech / MCA with 12-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and applications
  • For AGM Accounts & Funds: MBA Finance / M.Com / PGDBM / CA / ICWA / CMA with 12-15 years' service in Bank/Financial Institutions
  • For AGM HR & Admin: PG in HRM / MBA HR / Business Administration / Public Administration with 12-15 years' experience in HR

For Team Leader and Associate - Research & Consultancy (Age 35-55 years):

  • For Team Leader: Postgraduation from IIM / ISB or any other prestigious institution, with 10-15 years' experience in DPR preparation, study reports and banking
  • For Associate: Postgraduation from IRMA / TISS or equivalent institution, with minimum 8 years' experience in studies, DPRs and feasibility reports

For Chief Managers, Senior Consultant IT and Senior Managers (Age 35-55 years):

  • For Chief Manager Funds/FI/Insurance: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Rural Management, Insurance or Risk Management with 8-10 years' experience
  • For Senior Consultant IT: M.Tech with certifications in networking or database management, with 10-15 years' experience
  • For Senior Manager IT: MCA / M.Tech (CSE / IT) / Electronics with 3-5 years' experience
  • For Senior Manager Funds/Accounts: Postgraduate degree with preference to MBA Finance / PGDBM / CA / CMA with 3-5 years' experience

For Managers (Age 25-35 years):

  • Postgraduate in any discipline; preference to MBA, Commerce, Finance, Banking or Computer Science / MCA
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in financial operations, accounts, HR, administration or financial inclusion

Working knowledge of Telugu is desirable for all posts.

  • Team Leader (Research & Consultancy): 45 to 55 years

Salary

  • Salary ranges from Rs. 35,822 to Rs. 2,25,000 per month based on the post
  • Highest pay: Team Leader Research & Consultancy and Senior Consultant IT - Rs. 2,25,000/month
  • General Manager: Rs. 2,00,000/month
  • DGM IT and Associate R&C: Rs. 1,50,000/month

  • Consolidated pay is paid with annual hike when eligible

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on a single stage:

  1. Personal Interview: Only candidates shortlisted at the discretion of Stree Nidhi will be called for a personal interview, in the ratio of not exceeding 1:5 depending on the availability of suitable candidates.

Important notes: Decision of Stree Nidhi shall be final. Candidates who attended interview earlier on two occasions and were not selected need not apply again. Individuals whose contract with Stree Nidhi was terminated earlier are not eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning, policy formulation, and financial sustainability for Stree Nidhi operations across Telangana
  • Supervise credit portfolios, monitor SHG and microfinance loan performance, and manage fund operations
  • Handle IT infrastructure, MIS systems, cybersecurity, vendor management, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Prepare DPRs, feasibility studies, research reports, and consultancy assignments for rural development programmes
  • Coordinate with NABARD, banks, NGOs, RSETIs and government departments for credit and financial inclusion
  • Manage HR, administration, recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance and government liaison
  • Handle accounting, fund management, balance sheets, P&L statements and audit compliance
  • Travel to villages, mandals and districts for field-level monitoring and stakeholder coordination

Minimum Qualification

Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, MBA, M.Com, PGDBM, MCA, M.Tech, IRMA/TISS, IIM/ISB or relevant discipline as per the post

Preferred Qualification

CA / MBA / PGDBM Finance / CAIIB for finance roles; M.Tech / MCA with networking and database certifications for IT roles; HRM / MBA HR for HR roles; IIM/ISB/IRMA/TISS for research roles
