Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, is hiring an Administrative Executive and a Marketing & Project Coordinator for AIC STPI Bengaluru, the startup incubation centre it runs under the STPINEXT Initiatives banner. Both are contract jobs for three years, or until the centre's own term ends if that comes first — renewal depends on your performance and on the project being extended. One role runs the centre's money, grants and files; the other brings in startups, partners and investors. Posts and Disciplines

• Administrative Executive: the finance-and-admin backbone of the incubation centre — accounts on Tally/ERP, AIM and STPI grant tracking, statutory compliance and procurement. Best suited to commerce or finance-MBA candidates.
• Marketing & Project Coordinator: the outreach face of the centre — startup scouting for Open Challenge Programs, corporate and investor partnerships, social media and events. Best suited to marketing, business development or communications MBAs.

Post-wise Duties

Administrative Executive

You will keep the centre's books on Tally/ERP — vouchers, ledgers, bank reconciliation, vendor payments and reimbursements — and prepare Income and Expenditure statements, Receipts and Payments statements and MIS reports. On the grant side, you will track AIM and STPI grant spending head by head, prepare Utilisation Certificates and handle PFMS work for grant releases.

You will also coordinate GST, TDS, PF and ESI compliance with the chartered accountant and auditors, keep purchase files, work orders, contracts and asset registers, and move files on e-Office/Parichay until approvals are closed.

Marketing & Project Coordinator

You will drive outreach for Open Challenge Programs (OCPs) and incubation calls, build startup databases, and work with universities, accelerators and industry bodies. You will also build a partnership pipeline with corporates, GCCs, investors, hospitals and CSR organisations — from first contact to MoU and follow-up.

On the marketing side, you will run the centre's LinkedIn and social media, newsletters and website content, write founder stories and press releases with tools like Canva and analytics dashboards, plan Demo Days, hackathons and workshops, and coordinate marketing support for incubated startups.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: Three years or co-terminus with AIC STPI Bengaluru, whichever ends earlier; renewal depends on performance and project extension.
• Reporting: Both posts report to the CEO or the STPI Jurisdictional Director, as the Director decides.
• Work location: The posts are based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, but the location can change by mutual agreement.
• Experience counting: Only experience gained after your essential qualification counts.
• Shortlisting: A Screening Committee filters applications on qualification, age, academic record and relevant experience; applying does not guarantee an interview call.
• Canvassing: Any form of canvassing disqualifies you outright.
• Legal jurisdiction: Any dispute falls under Delhi courts, even though the job is in Bengaluru.
• Right not to fill: STPI may fill all, some or none of the posts without giving reasons.

The online form on the STPI recruitment portal has two parts. Registration Part I gives you an application number; you must then complete Registration Part II with full details, or Part I gets cancelled. Do not register a second time once you have a number.
