State Health Agency (SHA) Delhi, operating under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of NCT of Delhi, has released Advertisement No. 01-2026 for 22 posts on a purely contractual basis. SHA Delhi implements the Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY scheme in Delhi and needs professionals across quality assurance, data analytics, IT, finance, grievance redressal, anti-fraud, and administration.   • Qualification: MBBS or BDS with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in hospital administration

Medical Audit Executive (2 posts)

  • Qualification: MBBS or BDS with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in hospital administration or public health
  • OR PG in hospital administration or public health with 3 years experience

Manager-IEC (1 post)

  • Qualification: Master's in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a similar field from a recognised institution with 3 years post-qualification experience in Social or Health Sector

Data Analyst (2 posts)

  • Qualification: B.Tech / B.Engg / M.Tech / Masters in Statistics, CSE, IT, or equivalent with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in data analysis
  • Preferred: Experience with government-sponsored health schemes like RSBY or AB-PMJAY

Deputy Manager Finance & Accounts (2 posts)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality assurance protocols and conduct hospital audits and assessments (Quality Assurance Executive)
  • Conduct medical audits of treatment claims and ensure adherence to clinical quality standards (Medical Audit Executive)
  • Manage IEC content development, press releases, and media outreach for SHA and PM-JAY programmes
  • Analyse clinical and operational data, generate reports, and manage health data warehousing (Data Analyst)
  • Handle finance, accounts, budgeting, statutory payments, and TDS compliance (Deputy Manager / Accounts posts)
  • Manage stakeholder grievance redressal, e-filing, and complaint resolution through SHA systems (GRM Executive)
  • Detect and investigate fraudulent activities, liaise with enforcement agencies, and maintain fraud risk registers (Anti-Fraud Executive)
  • Create, deploy, and maintain web applications and database systems for SHA (IT Executive)
  • Handle office administration, file management, dak registration, and correspondence (Office Assistant)
