SBI Circle Based Officer CBO Recruitment 2026

State Bank of India (SBI) has announced recruitment for 2273 Circle Based Officer (CBO) posts across all 16 circles in India. This includes 2050 regular and 223 backlog vacancies. This is a great opportunity for experienced banking officers who want to join India's largest public sector bank.

Who Can Apply

You need a graduation degree from a recognized university in any discipline. You must have at least 2 years of experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank as on 31 December 2025.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years
• Age counted as on: 31 December 2025
• SC/ST candidates get 5 years relaxation
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates get 3 years relaxation

Salary

Starting basic pay is Rs. 48,480 per month in the pay scale of 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920. You will also get DA, HRA, CCA, PF, NPS, LFC, and medical benefits.
