SBI Business Analyst Recruitment 2026

State Bank of India (SBI) is hiring 1 Business Analyst on a 5-year contract through its Central Recruitment & Promotion Department (CRPD). This is a Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO) post under advertisement number CRPD/SCO/2025-26/26. The posting will be in Mumbai, but it is transferable.

Who Can Apply

• You need a Graduation degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks.
• You also need an MBA or PGDM in Marketing or Finance from a recognized institution.
• You must have at least 1 year of post-qualification work experience.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) sector is preferred.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Maximum age: 27 years (as on 31 January 2026)
• Age relaxation for reserved categories as per government rules.

Salary and CTC

• Total CTC: Rs. 25,00,000 per annum
• 85% of CTC is fixed pay and 15% is variable (performance-linked)
• Annual increment of up to 10% from the 2nd year onward
