Engineering Posts
- Assistant Engineer (Electrical): You need a full-time Diploma in Electrical or allied electrical engineering/technology branches.
- Electrical Engineers: You need B.E./B.Tech or an eligible integrated degree in Electrical, Electrical and Power or Electrical Power Engineering.
- Civil Engineers: You need B.E./B.Tech or an eligible integrated degree in Civil, Construction, Infrastructure or related civil engineering branches.
- Experience: The minimum post-qualification experience starts from 2 years and goes up to 17 years depending on the grade and post.

Salary
- Assistant Engineer E0: Pay scale Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 1,20,000; minimum gross salary around Rs. 65,000 per month.
- Engineer / Officer E1: Pay scale Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 1,40,000; minimum gross salary around Rs. 86,960 per month.
- Senior Engineer E2: Pay scale Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 1,60,000; minimum gross salary around Rs. 1,08,700 per month.
- Deputy Manager E3: Pay scale Rs. 60,000 - Rs. 1,80,000; minimum gross salary around Rs. 1,30,440 per month.
- Senior Manager E5: Pay scale Rs. 80,000 - Rs. 2,20,000; minimum gross salary around Rs. 1,73,920 per month.
- Allowances: The gross salary includes basic pay, VDA, perks and HRA. Officer (Medical) also gets 25% Non-Practicing Allowance.

Selection Process
The selection process depends on the grade of the post. RCF will verify documents before the interview or skill test, and final appointment is subject to pre-employment medical fitness.
- Skill Test for E0 Grade: Assistant Engineer (Electrical) candidates will face a skill test for 100 marks. It covers practical job knowledge and handling of technical equipment (70 marks), safety awareness and computer knowledge (20 marks), and communication skills (10 marks). You need 60 marks to qualify, or 55 marks for SC/ST candidates.
- Personal Interview for E1 and Above: Officer, Engineer, Senior Engineer, Deputy Manager and Senior Manager posts use a personal interview for 100 marks. The interview checks personality and communication, subject knowledge, experience, general awareness, computer knowledge and additional qualification.
- Document Verification: You must show original documents and valid photo ID when called. Missing or false documents can lead to rejection.
- Medical Examination: Selected candidates must meet RCF pre-employment medical standards before joining.

- Work in plant, office, project or marketing locations as decided by RCF management
- Follow safety, quality, finance, HR, legal and medical procedures linked to the role
- Assist senior officers during audits, interviews, inspections, emergencies and project reviews
- Monitor equipment, systems, documents or services and report issues to the concerned authority
- Prepare clear updates for management, internal teams and official records
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
Post-wise qualification: CA/CMA; MBA/MMS/PGDM in Finance; PG in HR/Social Work; MBBS with registration; LLB; Diploma in Electrical; B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Civil/Chemical branches; or Ph.D. in Chemistry.
Preferred Qualification
SAP FICO knowledge for Finance, law and Marathi knowledge for HR, Industrial Health/AFIH/Anesthesiology for Medical, and fertilizer/chemical/refinery/process industry experience where relevant.
Required Skills
Post-wise executive, finance, HR, medical, legal, laboratory, electrical and civil engineering experience; computer knowledge; safety awareness; document handling; plant or project coordination.
