Who Can Apply?

For Young Professional (Rs. 35,000/month):

• Qualification: M.Sc. (Agriculture) in Soil Science (for 2 posts) or Agronomy (for 1 post)
• Experience: You need work experience in field trials, soil and plant sampling and analysis, statistical analysis, and project monitoring. Computer knowledge is essential.

For Project Assistant (Rs. 20,000/month):

• Qualification: B.Sc. (Agriculture)
• Experience: You need work experience in soil, plant and manure testing, sample collection, and monitoring project activities. Computer knowledge is essential.

Age Limit

• You should be up to 38 years old to apply.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/NT candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates, as per university rules.

Salary

• Young Professionals will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 35,000 per month.
• Project Assistants will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 20,000 per month.

Selection Process

Selection is done through a walk-in interview:

1. Shortlisting: The top 10 candidates with the highest marks and relevant experience in soil/plant sampling and project execution are called for interview.

3. Interview: Held at the Department of Soil Science, PDKV, Akola.
