Omnibus Industrial Development Corporation of Daman & Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli Limited (OIDC), under advertisement No. OIDC/2/Apppt.CFO/515/2025-2026/15, has invited offline applications for the post of Chief Financial Officer. The engagement is on Short Term Contract Basis for an initial period of 6 months which can be extended based on performance. This is a senior finance role with a high consolidated pay of Rs. 1,06,000 per month.

Who Can Apply?

• Degree in Commerce from a recognised university
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWA or MBA in Finance from a Government recognised university
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of Finance with any Government Company / PSU / private listed reputed company registered under the Companies Act
• All qualifications, Master's degree or diploma must be from a University/College recognised by the Government of India
• Candidates previously terminated from any Government organisation are not eligible

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 40 years
• Age relaxation will be given to eligible candidates as per OIDC norms

Salary

• Consolidated pay: Rs. 1,06,000 per month
• Engagement period: 6 months initially, extendable based on performance

• Lead the finance function of OIDC across Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli operations
• Handle financial planning, budgeting, accounting and treasury management
• Prepare and finalise statutory financial statements as per Companies Act
• Manage statutory audit, internal audit and tax compliance
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and corporate financial reporting
• Advise senior management on financial risk, investment and cost control
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, regulators and Government departments
• Drive financial discipline across OIDC business units including the Liquor Warehouse
