National Rural Livelihoods Mission Karnataka (NRLM Karnataka) has opened one Cluster Supervisor - Skill position in Chamrajnagar taluka. During and after training, the role keeps the support chain active. You will coordinate when a trainee faces difficulty, report the reason for every dropout, counsel people about rejoining and collect placement information from PIAs. Tracking covers employer contacts, candidate feedback, grievances, people who refuse or leave a job and special follow-up for placed women under programme guidelines.

The capacity-building part includes quarterly workshops for block officials, CRPs and VLOs. These sessions cover DDU-GKY basics, the roles of district and sub-district teams, mobilisation and screening, placement tracking and exposure visits to training centres or workplaces.
