Who Can Apply?

For Assistant Professor posts in Higher Education, you generally need a Masters degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade. The notice allows a 5% relaxation for ST and SC candidates. NET, SLET, or SET is needed unless the notice allows exemption for a qualifying Ph.D. or for subjects where the accredited test is not conducted.

• Graduate Teacher: Level 9 of the pay matrix with grade pay of Rs. 3,400 and scale pay Rs. 9,300-34,800.

Selection Process
